- 1:30 p.m. Every week will be different including Cardio, Weights, & Abs
- What to bring: a fitness mat
Monday
- 9:30 a.m. Zumba
- 10:30 a.m. Low Impact Cardio and Toning
- 5:30 p.m. Spin
- 6:30 p.m. Tabata
