You can find me at the Telford YMCA in Richmond, Kentucky most days. Keep an eye on my Facebook page for the most up to date information. However, here's the current workout schedule:

Sunday

  • 1:30 p.m. Every week will be different including Cardio, Weights, & Abs
  • What to bring: a fitness mat 

Monday

  • 9:30 a.m. Zumba
  • 10:30 a.m. Low Impact Cardio and Toning
  • 5:30 p.m. Spin
  • 6:30 p.m. Tabata 

Tuesday

  • 9:30 a.m. Low Impact Cardio and Toning
  • 10:30 a.m. Abs & Booty
  • 5 p.m. Low Impact Cardio and Toning
  • 6 p.m. Tabata
  • Wednesday

     No classes

    Thursday

  • 9:30 a.m. Tabata
  • 10:30 a.m. Stretch
  • 5 p.m. Cardio drumming
  • 5:30 p.m. Spin
  • 6 p.m. Bootcamp
  • Friday

  • 9:30 a.m. Zumba
