My Story in 30 Seconds
I was 35, overweight, working a desk job, and headed straight toward diabetes like everyone else in my family.
I joined a gym on March 31, 2011. I lost 120 pounds. I've been working out seven days a week ever since.
I'm now 50 and in better shape than I was at 25.
